At Family Matters, we believe the music industry runs better on trust than transactions.
Chad founded FMA in 2022 after 15 years managing operations for properties like the Four Seasons and Fairmont — and nearly 20 years living and breathing electronic music culture. That combination is rare: someone who knows how to run things properly and actually cares about the culture he's working in.
We protect what makes our artists unique while giving them the professional foundation to compete anywhere in the world. We're straight with the people we work with, easy to work with for the people we partner with, and in it for the long haul on both sides.
We call ourselves a family because that's the only way we know how to operate, and it shows.
