Our founder spent 15 years in hospitality and nearly 20 years immersed in electronic music culture—from those first life-changing nights at Toronto's Government nightclub in 2007 to building relationships with artists, promoters, and venues across North America. That experience taught us what matters: authenticity, showing up, and treating people like family.

During the pandemic, friends in the industry started reaching out for management. They saw someone who had always been their biggest supporter, someone who genuinely gave a damn. That's when FMA took shape.

Our Approach

We come from a place of service. We break bread with promoters face-to-face. We invest in our artists for the long haul. We believe that when everyone succeeds together—artists, promoters, venues, fans—that's when real magic happens.

We don't lead with hype. We lead with quality artists, professional execution, and genuine relationships. We've learned through experience what works: solid discographies on respected labels, consistent output, and artists who understand this is both passion and business.
