Andrés Sáenz A.K.A ICE THOMPSON is one of Colombia’s most experienced electronic artists. He has performed on major international stages, including Berlin’s influential underground scene. He first gained recognition in 2011 with his single “Tom Collins”, which entered the top 20 most purchased and streamed tracks on Beatport.com and was supported by top-tier artists such as Prok & Fitch, Mladen Tomic, Nic Fanciulli, John Digweed, and Joris Voorn.

In 2015, he debuted in Ibiza at the legendary Privilege, sharing the stage with Technasia, Claptone, and Oliver Huntemann. That same summer, he headlined the main stage at Club Space Miami. His tours have since taken him to Spain, the United States, the Dominican Republic, Panama, Ecuador, Venezuela, Chile, Aruba, Belgium, Germany, the Netherlands, and more.

In 2016, his single “Prazer” on Stereo Productions became a global milestone, topping charts and receiving heavy support from Hernán Cattáneo, Chus & Ceballos, Edu Imbernon, Todd Terry, and others.

In 2019, he joined Raized for “Feel Alright” on Roush Label, Héctor Couto’s imprint. The track’s playful vocals and deep basslines earned it a spot in the top 50 best-selling tracks and cemented its place on dancefloors worldwide.

In 2021, Raized and ICE THOMPSON returned with their most iconic release to date, “90’s MTV” on Jamie Jones’ Hottrax. Blending hip-hop and U.S. urban vocals with versatile basslines and classic drum machines (909, 808, 606), the EP became an international weapon for DJs. The tracks are still championed by Jamie Jones, Green Velvet, Gettoblaster, Kevin Knapp, Franky Rizardo, Detlef, Jansons, and many more.
